Diane is an awesome trainer. When we started working together 5 months ago, I was shakey from the first lunge. Now I'm doing walking lunges WITH weights and I'm so much stronger and feel better. Diane's plan for each session was challenging, but she supported and motivated me to keep pushing. And one of the big rewards…..I got to wear that spaghetti-strapped dress at my nephew's wedding….my upper arms lookedstrong!

Smart women stay strong….keep training.

Diane is great! She stretched me (literally and figuratively!)to reach new levels. Trust me, she counts those reps!! But she also makes it fun, which kept me motivated to stay on a regular schedule. She was flexible, and worked to add variety to our workouts. I have seen results, and so have my friends. She also provided motivation and input to my Weight Watchers initiative. I've worked with other trainers here, but she has been the best, and has truly helped me make exercise a part of my life.
