Welcome to my first blog. I am a certified Personal Trainer through NASM and hold a B.S. in Exercise Science from Ball State University along with various certifications in Group Exercise. I will be using this blog to help you with all of your workout training needs. You will find Exercise and Nutrition tips to help you improve your own training programs as well as updates on the latest research finds.
